- My ‘Vanilla cake’ is a delicious 4 layer Madeira sandwiched with 3 generous layers of Buttercream with Raspberry jam or Chocolate Ganache. - ‘Chocolate Cake’, is another 4 layer beauty sandwiched with 3 scrummy layers of chocolate buttercream or Chocolate Ganache. This is a very moreish fudgey cake! Prices start at £125 for a basic 6″ cake covered in sugarpaste with simple decoration. Again additional costs will be added for 3D modelling and complex cake themes.
- ‘Lemon Cake’, is a 3 layer creation using juicy whole lemons in my recipe. The whole lemons are cooked and blended into the cake layers and the Lemon buttercream, which is joined by the finest Lemon Curd. Prices start at £135 for a basic 6″ cake covered in sugarpaste with simple decoration. Additional costs will be added for 3D modelling and complex cake themes.
- ‘Classic Fruit Cake’, as you would expect a rich luxurious cake packed full of fruit, nuts, cherries and aromatic spices, soaked in brandy. This recipe is easily adapted to suit you, dont like cherries? Would rather have whiskey? Just let me know. Prices start at £155 for a basic 6″ cake covered in sugarpaste with simple decoration. - ‘Rainbow Cake’, 6 layers! Of delicious colourful cake, filled with fluffy vanilla buttercream. Due to the extra time required to assemble this showstopper, Prices start at £145 for a basic 6″ cake covered in sugarpaste with simple decoration. Additional costs will be added for 3D modelling and complex cake themes.
